TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR FLIGHTS
STORM Heliworks AB reserves the right to rebook a flight at short notice, due to;
Weather
Flying is sensitive to weather. Our flights require daylight and good visibility, and will be conducted only when adequate clearance from clouds and known icing conditions are attained. Low clouds, heavy rain, strong winds, and other factors may require us to change the flight route without prior notice or entirely postpone the flight. In case of doubtful weather, we will contact you prior to your booked flight. Final decision for take off may be taken by STORM Heliworks AB a few hours before the intended flight.
Technical parameters
Technical issues that influence the safe conduction of flight may require cancellation of the booking. The flight route may need to be adapted to prevailing traffic restrictions from air traffic control in the area concerned.
Low number of participants
In these tours you will be seated togehter with other passengers. Normally 4 passengers will be seated together, but in some flight up to 6 passengers will be bookd for the same flight, depending on which helicopters currently is in service. A sufficient number of participants are required for the flight to be conducted. STORM Heliworks AB decides no later than two days before the intended flight if a sufficient number of participants has been achieved. The booked start time may be adjusted according to the booking situation for the current date.
Aerial fire fighting
Authorities may need service from our helicopters at short notice, in order to be able to assist with rapid response at, for example, firefighting work in the event of forest fires. Weather developments and directives from authorities can thus force us to cancel flights without notice in order to free up resources for authorities.
Rebooking and cancellation policy
Om flygturen blir om- eller avbokad av STORM Heliworks AB på grund av väder, tekniska parametrar, för lågt deltagarantal eller samhällsnyttigt flyg, förblir ett ett presentkort eller värdebevis giltigt.
Avbokning från passagerarens sida är möjlig fram till 48 timmar före bokningen. Om passageraren blir sen inför sin bokning gör vi vårt bästa för att lösa situationen, men STORM Heliworks AB förbehåller sig rätten att skjuta upp flygningen till nästa lediga tur. Om avbokning sker från passagerarens sida senare än 48 timmar före bokningen, eller om passageraren inte infunnit sig på plats senast 30 minuter innan bokad tid, anses presentkortet eller värdebeviset som förbrukat.
Om passageraren blir sjuk inför en bokad flygtur är det viktigt att kontakta STORM Heliworks AB för att meddela detta så snart som möjligt. För att minimera risken för allmän smittspridning flyger vi inte med passagerare som har förkylningssymtom.
STORM Heliworks AB is not liable to pay for any costs that may arise for the passenger in the event of a rebooking or cancellation (eg parking, hotel or travel expenses, etc.).
